applesauce

today, panzer helped me make applesauce.  he picked a 5-gallon bucket of apples at the babysitters this week.... then he washed each one and took a bite out of it before handing it to me to peel and chop.

even though they are "baking apples," p has no problem demolishing them -- stem, core, worms and all.
