today, panzer had his first soda pop -- orange. he loved it. thankfully a lot of it made it down his chin -- because no one is more in need of a shot of sugar directly to the blood stream...

i would walk 500 miles
today, panzer went for a walk on his leash -- over 2 miles mostly on his own 2 feet, but with some encouragement from auntie tosca, who raced along with him.
he apparently was already familiar with the term "walk" because when i told him we were going for a walk as soon as mohs was done eating, he promptly informed me "baby done" and tried to pull mohs out of my arms.

yellow pages
today, panzer read the phone book. he dutifully pointed out all the trucks and houses (there isn't really a whole lot else).
he also got super excited when he saw an ad featuring a wizard dressed in purple and white stars, proclaiming it "daddy." obviously he is not fooled by the man behind the curtain...

mine!
today, panzer demonstrated superior usage of the dreaded word "mine!" (which is always followed by an exclamation point.)
also, he started dragging his bike around the house screaming "my bike, my bike!" then he screams in frustration when he lets it go and it doesn't stand on its own. then he remembers that he can just pick it up again, and "my bike, my bike!" starts up again. for hours.
no smiles -- it is a very serious enterprise to declare ownership.

ra ra ra
today, panzer helped cheer on the oklahoma city thunder in game 4 of the NBA finals. although the thunder didn't win, p's version of defense *fist pump* *clap clap clap* was awesome and should be perfected in time for football season!

today, panzer took each piece out of his puzzle, named it (i.e., boat, taxi, firetruck, etc.), showed it to mohs, and put it back in its place.
